COURSE FORMATS
The certification course is delivered in a live, two-day seminar format and two options for online formats (Cohort w/ 5 Instructor-Led Sessions | Self-Paced).
All formats provide an assessment-based certification of education that is a comprehensive overview of the specialty of adaptive fitness methodology, safety and risk mitigation, and program implementation.
COURSE OBJECTIVE
Graduates learn and practice procedures that will enable them to conduct safe and effective fitness training for people with disabilities and provide an inclusive setting using universal design principles.
WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is intended for fitness trainers, adapted physical educators, sport team coaches, therapists (PT, RT, OT), and persons with disabilities.

CERTIFICATE & CONTINUING EDUCATION
