ATA’s Fitness Foundations program provides people with disabilities an essential education in fitness training so that they can live an independent and healthy life. This program can be delivered in-person or virtually.

Virtual: Small Group
Best for at-home fitness needs
Our Master Trainers will set up weekly virtual training sessions taught through Zoom.
- Can be programmed for any impairment group or special needs
- For groups of about 3-20+
- Can be scheduled any day of the week and any time of day to support groups world-wide
Cost: The needs of each group is unique and so we therefore will customize a quote depending on the number of trainees and length of the program.

Virtual 1-On-1 (Personal Training)
Best for people who want extra care or a dedicated coach
Our Master Trainers will set up weekly virtual training sessions taught through Zoom.
- Can be set up with any of ATA’s Master Trainers
- Can be programmed for any impairment group or special needs
- Can be scheduled any day of the week and any time of day to support groups world-wide
Cost: The cost of the virtual personal training will depend on the length of the training and the Master Trainer assigned to the athlete. Please use the contact form below to inquire about a quote.
